An experienced Holiday Park General Manager is required for 2017 at our beautiful and busy holiday park, set on the magnificent Dorset Jurassic Coast. The Park has  over three hundred privately owned holiday homes, a hire fleet and pitches for touring vans and tents. It is popular with a wide range of holiday makers and owners, all of whom share a love of this idyllic, unspoilt coastline and countryside.

This is a demanding but rewarding role. Responsibilities include the management of the park’s facilities, its staff, all health and safety matters, booking systems and customer relations. The General Manager must ensure the Holiday Park’s profitability and efficient day to day running.

Applicants will have a proven track record at a similar Holiday Park. Essential qualities include outstanding people skills, attention to detail, a shrewd understanding of finances and a sound understanding of all the processes involved in running a successful and happy park.
