Pricing Analyst

Located along the breath-taking Dorset coastline, the Lulworth Estate is a world-renowned tourism destination and home to the iconic landmarks of Lulworth Castle, Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove. The Pricing Analyst is responsible for maximising the financial performance of the Estate’s holiday park, pub and cottage portfolio for all of the various types of accommodation we let. This role analyses and sets pricing, availability, and distribution across all pricing channels to drive occupancy and optimise revenue. The Pricing Analyst will also work closely with the marketing team, providing strategic insight to support effective campaign planning, channel optimisation, and demand generation.

This is a full time, permanent role, offering a salary between £27,000 and £29,000 per annum. It is expected that this role will develop over time into a more senior revenue management role as the function proves its value to the Estate.

Responsibilities:

Revenue & Yield Management

– Develop, implement, and monitor revenue strategies to maximise occupancy, average daily rate, and therefore revenue across all accommodation types.
– Manage pricing structures, rate plans, and promotional activity in line with demand patterns and commercial targets.
– Analyse booking pace, market trends, seasonal variations, and competitor activity to inform pricing and yield decisions.
– Produce and present regular revenue performance reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management.

Channel & Inventory Management

– Oversee availability and rate parity across all retail channels, including Online Travel Agents, our own website, and third-party partners.
– Manage channel allocations and ensure the Estate’s inventory is optimally distributed to maximise conversion and profitability.
– Maintain consistent and accurate content, imagery, and messaging across all channels and booking platforms.

Website & Direct Sales Optimisation

– Collaborate with the internal teams to enhance direct booking performance.
– Monitor conversion metrics and user behaviour to identify opportunities.
– Support development of website promotional campaigns, packages, and book-direct incentives.

Marketing Collaboration & Strategic Input

– Provide data-driven insights to guide marketing spend, campaign timing, and audience targeting.
– Support development of annual sales and pricing strategies aligned with the Estate’s commercial goals.
– Identify emerging travel and consumer trends to support long-term forecasting and product development.

Data, Reporting & Insights

– Maintain accurate revenue data and dashboards for ongoing performance monitoring.
– Conduct post-campaign revenue analysis to assess effectiveness and ROI.
– Lead development of budgeting and forecasting processes for accommodation revenue streams.

Holiday Park Receptionists

Are you friendly, empathetic and a great people person? Would you like to play a vital role in ensuring our owners and guests experience a great holiday in a stunning location?

We require a charismatic, proactive receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our beautiful and busy holiday park overlooking the Durdle Door world heritage site.

Our park has a range of privately owned holiday homes, hire fleet and pitches for touring vans and tents and is popular with a wide range of holiday makers and owners, all of whom share a love of this idyllic, unspoilt coastline and countryside.

This is a full time, permanent role, working 5 days/40 hours per week on a rota basis. Our reception opening hours are Monday to Sunday between 9am and 9pm, therefore, evening and weekend working will be required.

Due to the location of our business, applicants must have a full UK driving licence and their own transport, or the ability to reliably commute.

Housekeepers

The Lulworth Estate requires seasonal Housekeepers to work at our beautiful holiday park at Durdle Door as well as our unique holiday cottages situated throughout the estate

Our sites are popular with a wide range of holiday makers and owners, all of whom share a love of this idyllic, unspoilt coastline and countryside.

Housekeeping is dynamic, hands-on work where no two days are ever the same. We’re looking for motivated, adaptable team members who take pride in delivering exceptional results and find real satisfaction in a job well done — especially during the fast-paced, high-energy changeover days of peak season.

Some previous experience of housekeeping to include cleaning and laundry is preferred, but not essential as full training will be given. Applicants will need excellent attention to detail, a willingness to learn, total reliability and a hard-working attitude.

These are seasonal contracts, running until mid-September/start of October. Working hours will be between 12 and 24 hours per week, on a rota basis and will include at least one weekend day. The occasional early or late shift will be required and there will be the opportunity to pick up additional shifts during our busy periods.

Due to the location of our business, applicants must have a Full UK Driving Licence and their own transport, or the ability to reliably commute.

Chef

We are looking for an experienced Chef, with a strong background from a similar environment, to become an integral part of our hospitality team at our Man O’War Bar and Restaurant at our beautiful holiday park, overlooking Durdle Door.

Working alongside our existing Head Chef and kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering service and the continued growth of our food offer as we extend opening hours. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about fresh food, able to work well as part of a team, and confident operating in a busy hospitality environment while maintaining high standards.

This is a permanent, full time position, working 5 days/40 hours per week and offers a competitive salary between £31,000 and £33,000 per annum as well as a fantastic opportunity for someone to demonstrate their existing kitchen skills and contribute to our future.
