We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Marketing Administrator to support our Holidays Team in the development and execution of marketing strategies!
In this role, you’ll be managing social media schedules, creating marketing content across social media and email marketing platforms, tracking performance data, and helping to build marketing campaigns for Durdle Door Holiday Park, Lulworth Holiday Cottages and the wider Estate Outlets.
You’ll be based at Durdle Door Holiday Park on the breathtaking Jurassic Coast – an unbeatable setting for creativity! You’ll also interact with customers, with some support to the Customer Care team required on an ad hoc basis.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about creative storytelling, conscious of social media trends, and able to produce engaging content in line with the Estate’s branding and ethos. Some previous administrative experience is desirable to aid in task execution. Previous experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and CMS systems is desirable.

The Lulworth Estate requires seasonal Housekeepers to work at our beautiful holiday park at Durdle Door as well as our unique holiday cottages situated throughout the estate!
Our sites are popular with a wide range of holiday makers and owners, all of whom share a love of this idyllic, unspoilt coastline and countryside.
Housekeeping can be hard work and also very changeable, therefore we are looking for motivated staff who are flexible and who appreciate a job well done, even on busy and tiring changeover days in high season.
These are seasonal contracts, beginning at the end of February and running until mid-September/start of October. Working hours will be between 12 and 24 hours per week, on a rota basis and will include at least one weekend day. The occasional early or late shift will be required and there will be the opportunity to pick up additional shifts during our busy periods.
Some previous experience of housekeeping to include cleaning and laundry is preferred, but not essential as full training will be given. Applicants will need excellent attention to detail, a willingness to learn, total reliability and a hard-working attitude.
Due to the remote location of our business, applicants must have a Full UK Driving Licence and their own transport or the ability to reliably commute.

We have a wide range of accommodation available, from manor houses to static caravans and tent pitches. These can be booked both on our own website and through third-party channels such as AirBNB and VRBO.
We need a talented individual who can apply logic and reason to these booking channels to ensure we are always appearing at the right price and with the right availability to maximise our revenues.

Skills & Experience Required
Essential:
– Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into actions.
– Proficiency in Excel and Word.
– A-Level or equivalent in maths.
Desirable:
– Experience of holiday accommodation/hotels and/or static caravan parks.
– Understanding of digital marketing.
– Previous experience in managing reservations.
– Understanding of yield management, forecasting, and pricing strategies.
– Experience with PMS, channel managers, and OTA extranets.
Personal Attributes:
– Commercially driven, with a proactive approach to identifying revenue opportunities.
– Detail-focused with excellent organisational skills.
– Comfortable making confident decisions based on data.
– Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams including marketing, operations, and reservations.
