Scientific Study

We encourage scientific research undertaken with good practice. If you are wishing to carry out a scientific study on the Estate, please apply for a free permit from the Estate Office. Tel: 0845 450 1054. This communication enables us to dovetail outside research with ongoing projects in-house. Access to land away from public areas is possible by prior agreement. A copy of completed work is required which adds to our data resource and avoids duplication of projects. An acknowledgement is required on any publication involving data collected on Estate land.
