Army Ranges

The MoD firing Ranges at Lulworth start just past the east side of Lulworth Cove and run through to Kimmeridge. There are some beautiful walks and views from this area, but be sure to keep between the yellow route marker posts at all times.

2007 Opening Times

The Lulworth Range walks and Tyneham Village are open to the public every weekend with the exception of the following:

• 27/28 January 2007
• 3/4 March 2007
• 24/25 March 2007
• 12/13 May 2007
• 6/7 October 2007
• 17/18 November 2007

In addition to the weekends they are open every day during the following times, all dates are inclusive:

• Christmas 23 December 2006 - 2 January 2007
• Easter 6 - 15 April 2007
• Bank Holiday. 5 - 7 May 2007
• Spring 26 May - 34 June 2007
• Summer 28 July - 2 September 2007
• Christmas 22 December 2007 - 2 January 2008
