Terms and Conditions
- All Holiday Caravans/Pitches are offered subject to being un-let at the time the deposit is received. You may request certain caravans, but we cannot guarantee that they will be available at the time of booking.
- The balance of the hire charge for the Holiday Caravan/Pitch is due and payable 30 days prior to arrival.
- All holiday caravans are available from 4.00pm (subject to unavoidable delay) on the booked day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the booked date of departure. Keys will not be issued after 10.00pm unless by prior arrangement. Holiday homes not taken up within 24 hours of the booking will be re-let unless previous notification of later arrival is received. Please note no arrivals after 10.00pm can be accepted for Tent or Touring pitches under any circumstances.
- It is regretted that no refunds may be given to anyone who leaves the Holiday Park prior to the booked date of departure. You are advised to take out your own holiday cancellation insurance to cover your booking in the event of having to cancel due to illness, death or injury.
- Dogs will be accepted in some caravans. Dogs must be kept off the furniture and beds. A cleaning charge of £50.00 will be made for dogs who arrive without prior notice or agreement. Under no circumstances may dogs be left unattended in caravans or motor vehicles at any time and must be kept under control at all times. The pet owner is responsible for any damage or injury to persons caused by the dog. Should they foul the Park, in the interests of hygiene, please put deposits in the bins provided. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times whilst on the Park.
- We accept no responsibility for errors arising from telephone requests. Cancellation or booking amendments must be notified in writing. You must check your booking confirmation.
- Tenants are responsible for all damages or breakages in their period of occupancy which should be reported to a member of staff. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any vehicle, touring caravan, motor home or tent or their contents.
- The Price includes parking for one vehicle. The Park speed limit of 5 mph must be adhered to. All vehicles on the park must be taxed, insured and hold a valid MOT certificate.
- We operate a family Park and therefore bookings of all male, female or young persons will only be permitted at the sole discretion of the Park Management. No persons are permitted to stay under the age of 18 years without an adult. We expect the co-operation of our visitors in that they will not do, or allow to be done anything which in the opinion of the management is detrimental to the quiet enjoyment or comfort of other people staying on the park. Anyone not complying will be asked to leave with no refund.
- All rules, conditions, site regulations etc., exhibited or displayed by the Company must be observed.
- On the acceptance by the Company of this application, it shall be under no liability whatsoever for any accident happening to or sickness or disease contracted by any person or persons occupying accommodation provided by the Company pursuant to this application or for any loss of or damage to any property of such person or persons whether accident, sickness, disease, loss or damage shall be caused by the negligence of the Company its servants, employees or agents or otherwise howsoever.
- All guests will be expected to behave in a reasonable way, with due consideration to others. The playing of music of any kind is strictly forbidden between the hours of 11.00pm and 8.00am.
- Due consideration must be given to existing campers with regard to noise, a safe distance must be maintained. Bad language and noise will not be tolerated. Please do not spoil the holiday of others by selfish behaviour. If you pitch incorrectly you will be instructed to move. Due to the limited space in Eypeside & Woodland camping areas extra cars and gazebos are NOT permitted.
- No ball games are allowed in the camping areas or between caravans.
- No bonfires or open fires are allowed. Barbeques are permitted with the use of appropriate equipment.
- The Hirer must report to reception on arrival to book in. This must be done before a Holiday Caravan or Pitch can be occupied.
- All refuse should be placed in the bins provided around the Park. Please use the recycling bins where appropriate, located around the site.
- Waste water must not be allowed to run onto the ground.
- Adults are asked to see that their children do not cause damage on the Park. Adults will be responsible for any damage caused by their children. Adults are particularly asked to ensure that children using bicycles, skateboards etc. are fully aware of the danger of using these on a busy holiday park.
- Weld Enterprises Ltd. operate a no smoking policy in all public buildings including the caravan holiday homes.
- The Park commissions photography each year. Should you not wish to appear in promotional material please make this known to the photographer at the time. These rules are intended to ensure all our visitors enjoy their holiday at Durdle Door and wish to return again.
