All of our holiday homes are modern, fully equipped and non-smoking. Every unit has allocated parking adjacent to the caravan and all have patio and patio furniture.
Rio-Gold
35' x 12'(two bedrooms) - Sleeps 4
Bedrooms: large double bedroom. One twin bedroom with fold under bed to make space for a cot if required. All matteresses have waterproof coverings. Bedding provided. Shower-room: Thermostatic controlled shower, wc and hand basin. Please bring your own towels. Kitchen: Under worktop fridge / freezer. Combination oven with hob and grill. Microwave, toaster, electric kettle and oven gloves all supplied. Lounge / Dining: Fixed sprung seating, electric fire.
Regal Elegance
37' x 12'(two bedrooms) - Sleeps 4 - Wheelchair access
Designed especially for the disabled user and others with special needs. the caravan has a wider entrance door and an access ramp. For ease of use the internal doors are sliding. Bedrooms: Main bedroom has two twin beds fitted with trapeze lift handles. The second bedroom has two twin beds. All have waterproof matteresses. Bedding supplied. Shower-room: has a large shower area with a thermostatic shower mixer and seat. Toilet and basin. Kitchen: Fridge / freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and hoover. Kitchen: Full size gas cooker with electronc ignition. fridge / freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, oven gloves and hoover. Please bring your own tea-towels. 38' x 12'(three bedrooms) - Sleeps 6
Bedrooms: one spacious double bedroom with en-suite wc. Two twin bedrooms, one with fold under bed. All the matteresses have waterproof coatings. All bedding is supplied. Shower-room: Shower with thermostatic mixer valve, toilet and hand basin, please bring your own towels. Kitchen: Gas cooker with electric ignition, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, under top frisge / freezer and oven gloves. Lounge / Dining: Spacious lounge with electric fire. Free standing table and chairs in the dining area.
All units include
All units have double glazing and cental heating, TV with Freesat and DVD. They also have a patio area with furniture and outside light, a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, CO detector and inset door mats. All bedding is provided but you should bring your own towels and tea-towels. All units have a fold out bed in the lounge, but two bedroom units have a maximum occupancy of four persons and the three bedroom units have a maximum of six.
For the benefit of all our guests the statutory no smoking law applies in our own letting caravans, it is therefore an offence to smoke inside our caravans.
Specific dog friendly units
Pets are accepted, maximum of two per unit, at a charge of £3.00 per night per dog. Because of allergies etc. pets are only allowed in allocated units, Arne 10 & 14 Rio-Gold 2 bedrooms, Arne 19 Derwent 3 bedrooms. The dog friendly units all have secure decks attached. This must be strictly adhered to. The pet units are exactly the same standard and we offer a choice of two and three bedroom units. Please refer to our terms and conditions.

Privately Owned Holiday Homes
Arish Mell, Bindon, Coombe, Durlston, D'Urberville, Egdon, Furzehill, Ferndown, Galton, Hardy's Hill, Hardy & Heathlands.
These areas are occupied by our privately owned caravan holiday homes, however, some units are available for hire via our sub-letting service. These homes may vary in size, layout and age, but all are required to meet the standard of the letting group. Please ask for further information if required.

HOLIDAY CANCELLATION:
You are advised to take out your own holiday cancellation insurance to cover your booking in the event of having to cancel due to illness, death or injury.
Cancellation by you, please telephone immediately if you have to cancel your holiday. On the same day you send us a written explanation and proof of the reason for your cancellation. If you cancel your booking more than twelve weeks before your holiday start date we will refund any monies paid excluding your non - refundable deposit. If you cancel your holiday less than 12 weeks before your arrival date we will only refund the balance excluding your non - refundable deposit paid for the following reasons.
- Accident or illness of you or any member of the party included on the booking form - on production of confirmation from a GP / consultant.
- Death or disablement of you or any member of your party or close relative - on production of a copy of death certificate from a GP / consultant.
- Jury or witness service in a Court of Law - on production of call up notification.
- Redundancy - on production of employer's notice.
If none of the above reasons apply, all monies will be automatically lost. If we do not receive the relevant copy documents prior to your holiday start date regarding one of the above reasons we will not refund any of the cost of your holiday. We strongly recommend that you take out an appropriate holiday insurance policy.
