Durdle Door

One of Lulworth's many famous landmarks

Durdle Door, a rock arch in the sea, is an internationally famous landform on the south Dorset coast and is one of the main features of the Dorset & East Devon World Heritage Site.

Offshore stacks and the magnificent Portland stone arch front a rollercoaster of towering chalk peaks and plunging dry valleys. Below the cliffs lies a sweeping beach that was once three separate coves. Access and car parking is via Durdle Door Holiday Park.
